The amaran Halo 60x and amaran Halo 100x are bi-color COB lights built for home studio creators and everyday setups. They deliver bright, accurate output in a compact, portable body, pair with any standard Bowens Mount modifier, and run from USB-C PD power, making them an ideal entry point for lighting small spaces with precision.

Key Features

  • Bi-color COB with a color temperature range of 2,700K to 6,500K, from warm white to cool white.
  • High color accuracy: CRI 96+, TLCI 97+, TM-30 Rf 94, TM-30 Rg 102.
  • Bright, compact output: the Halo 60x reaches 6,041 lumens and the Halo 100x reaches 8,722 lumens at 5,600K.
  • Standard Bowens Mount for a wide range of light-shaping modifiers.
  • USB-C PD 3.0 power so you can run the light from adapters, power banks, and compatible amaran batteries.
  • On-board control with a TFT display and dedicated CCT and INT knobs, plus wireless control through the amaran App and wired DMX control (via the optional adapter).
  • Built-in lighting effects including Fireworks, Faulty Bulb, Lightning, TV, Pulsing, Strobe, Explosion, Fire, and Paparazzi.

Halo 60x vs. Halo 100x

Both lights share the same interface, effects, and control options. The main differences are output and how they take power:

  • The Halo 60x draws up to 63W and is powered through a USB-C charging port using the included AC to USB-C 65W adapter.
  • The Halo 100x draws up to 100W and is powered through a DC charging port using the included AC to DC 100W adapter.
