[amaran Ray] Overview
Meet the amaran Ray family of full-color point-source LED lights: the Ray 60c, 120c, 360c, and 660c.
The amaran Ray series is a family of full-color (RGB) point-source LED lights powered by the OmniColor light engine, delivering class-leading output and true-to-life color across four models. Every Ray shares the same color science, on-device interface, and lighting modes, so the main difference between them is size and output. Each model also carries an IP54-rated build for real-world shoots and pairs with the amaran app over Bluetooth.
The amaran Ray family
The lineup splits into two form factors that share the same controls and color engine:
- amaran Ray 60c and amaran Ray 120c are ultra-compact, travel-ready lights. They run on USB-C PD, a DC barrel input, or the amaran Ace E-Lock battery system, and ship with the amaran Octa Dome 30 softbox pre-installed.
- amaran Ray 360c and amaran Ray 660c are streamlined monolights for home studios and on-location spaces. They run on a single AC cable, add DMX control via USB-C, and ship with a reflector and a yoke mounting bracket.
